North Prairie did a great job our home and it came together very quickly, looks great and we are very pleased with the outcome. I would prefer to give it 3.5 stars, and I am deducting 1.5 not because of the quality, but because of some communication issues. We were only given a week to pick out all of our fixtures, colours, upgrades etc, which is very challenging to do when many businesses are only open during the day and closed weekends. This created a lot of stress and we didnt have time to explore all the different options we could have in our home. However, overall their customer service was good, our house DOES look amazing, and any minor issues we have had, have been resolved quickly.
From the first day, to the 4 months of building, and upon possession the team at North Prairie went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and confident.
